What qualifications do I need to become a GovBrief partner?

You should have an established SME brand, proven speaking experience, and ideally, some background in the federal contracting space. A focus on client acquisition is essential.

How long does the application and onboarding process take?

The process varies depending on the partnership model. We aim to have qualified SMEs onboarded and scheduled for their first presentation within 30 days.

What kind of support does GovBrief provide for presentations?

We offer assistance with slide deck creation and editing, marketing materials, audience targeting, and post-webinar feedback analysis.

How are leads generated, and how do I access them?

Leads are generated through our marketing campaigns and webinar registrations. You'll receive detailed registrant information, including polls and contact details for direct follow-up.

What if I don't have expertise in a specific topic but am interested in the program?

Contact us! GovBrief may have specific topic needs for the SME Flexible model. We're always looking for knowledgeable experts to expand our offerings.

Can I partner with GovBrief if I'm not located in the United States?

While our primary focus is the U.S. federal market, international SMEs with relevant expertise may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What types of topics are most successful on the GovBrief platform?

Topics that address timely challenges in federal contracting, compliance, emerging technologies, niche capabilities, and strategic insights tend to perform well.

Do you offer any exclusivity for specific topic areas?

For our SME Premium Presenter model, we may offer exclusivity within a niche subject area to maximize your visibility.

What is the typical audience size for GovBrief webinars?

Audience size varies depending on the topic and promotion, but we generally attract a range of 20-100+ qualified leads per live webinar.

How long are webinars typically?

Our webinars usually run between 60-90 minutes, including time for presentation and Q&A.

Can I promote my consulting services or products during my presentation?

While the primary focus should be delivering valuable insights, you can strategically incorporate a brief mention of your services in a way that aligns with the presentation content. Overt sales pitches should be avoided.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my presentation?

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Please notify us as early as possible so we can make necessary adjustments and potentially find a replacement speaker.

How does the on-demand library work?

Your recorded webinar will be hosted on our secure platform and promoted in our newsletter, generating leads beyond your initial live presentation. Details about content access and revenue sharing will be outlined in your partner agreement.

Do I need my own webinar software or special equipment?

No! GovBrief provides the webinar platform and technical support. You'll simply need a computer with a reliable internet connection and a headset with a microphone.

What is the difference between the SME Partner model and the White Label/Co-Branded options you mentioned earlier?

The SME Partner model puts the focus on GovBrief's branding and marketing. White Label and Co-Branded options (which we can customize) allow for more control over your branding and direct communication with leads. We'd be happy to discuss these further with you!

Are there any hidden costs or fees beyond the upfront investment?

Our pricing models are transparent. Depending on the partnership type, you might have revenue sharing for on-demand sales (which benefits both parties). Any additional costs would be outlined in your agreement.

What is the typical return on investment (ROI) for GovBrief partners?

ROI can vary based on your topic, promotion efforts, and follow-up strategy. However, many partners see a significant return, especially with the potential for recurring revenue on-demand.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?

We can discuss potential payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis, particularly for the SME Premium Presenter model.

Can I negotiate a custom pricing package?

We're open to exploring customized arrangements, especially for long-term partnerships or those offering multiple presentation slots.

What if I'm unsure which pricing model is the right fit for me?

Contact us directly! We'll happily discuss your goals, resources, and target audience to recommend the partnership model that best aligns with your needs.

White Label Presenters

How does white labeling work with GovBrief?

We customize your marketing materials with your logo and branding. All campaigns are executed using your domain name and email address, ensuring your audience sees a seamless extension of your brand.

Do I need my own email marketing platform?

For the Premium package, we set up and manage a dedicated email platform using your domain, including a unique sending IP to safeguard your domain reputation.

How are leads generated and managed?

Leads are generated through our targeted marketing campaigns and directed to your preferred landing pages or checkout system. You gain full ownership of these leads for direct follow-up.

What if I'm not quite ready for the Premium package?

Our Profit Sharing model offers a flexible entry point and allows you to leverage the GovBrief platform to test the effectiveness of targeting the federal market.

How long does it take to set up my white label marketing campaign?

The setup timeline depends on the complexity of your branding and the scope of your first campaign. We aim to have you up and running within 4-6 weeks.

Are there any additional costs beyond the setup fees and per-event pricing?

Our pricing models are designed to be transparent. For the Premium package, there won't be any hidden fees unless you require additional services beyond the standard scope.

What happens if I don't reach the revenue target in the Profit Sharing model?

While we strive to hit the target, there's no penalty if you don't reach it in a particular event. We'll work with you to analyze the results and refine the strategy for future events.
